Mother's Day 2007

Mother's Day was FANTASTIC! As my sister's card said, I spent it enjoying some of the things that truly matter - MY FAMILY. We went to the Lafayette Reservoir and played and had a picnic. Gino had a blast at the playground. We discovered a fuzzy catarpillar. We also went to Eckley Pier and played, collected seashells and threw rocks in the water. We watched the trains zoom by. Gino took a picture of me and Daddy took a picture of a beetle.

Mia loved the little playground at Lafayette Reservoir. She also really liked watching all the other little kids. She was comfy cozy in her little stroller as we all sat and ate our picnic lunch together. She loved playing in the sand at the beach and squishing it through her fingers. What a big new adventure for our tiny princess.

My wonderful hubby surprised me and brought me flowers at work. He loves to give me flowers when I least expect it knowing it means more when he does it "just because". thanks Mr. Wonderful. I love you
